Dr. De-Paz graduated from the University of Southern California where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
 

Dr. De-Paz earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska and completed his family medicine residency at Mercy Health System in Janesville, Wisconsin. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and, in 2007, completed a Fellowship in Surgical Obstetrics at Louisiana State University in Lafayette, Louisiana.
 

Dr. De-Paz's practice interests include the entire scope of primary care with emphasis in Family Planning, Adult Medicine, and outpatient procedures. Dr. De-Paz speaks fluent Spanish.
 

His interests outside of medicine include tennis, biking, leisure reading, and spending quality time with his wife Clary.
